 The City of Marceline is now offering the
(former) St. Francis Hospital facility
for sale with an acceptance dependent upon planned use and monetary offer.
The facility
was originally constructed in 1962 and was subsequently expanded has had
received various renovations since its original construction. In 2002, the
City of Marceline received the building as a charitable donation.
The facility layout is a
typical hospital floor plan and includes a large lobby area, conference room
and a large beautiful Chapel. More information and photographs can be found
