Available Property for sale (St. Francis Hospital)
The City of Marceline is now offering the former St. Francis Hospital for sale.  Located at 225 W. Hayden Street, The St. Francis Hospital facility was originally constructed in 1962 and was subsequently expanded has had received various renovations since its original construction.  In 2002, the City of Marceline received the building as a charitable donation.  The facility layout is a typical hospital floor plan and includes a large lobby area, conference room and a large beautiful Chapel.  Click HERE for details!
