A Note from the Administrator
We are always available, if
you should ever need assistance or information about our services.
If we are unable to tell you which agency can help, we will do our
best to find out for you. If you know anyone that is homebound and
would benefit from home delivered meals, contact me at the Senior
Center during office hours. We participate with the experience
works program, providing job training for those 55 years of age and
older needing a job. If you are 55 years old, stop by or call
376-3103.
If you would like to join our
volunteer staff, your time and talents would be more than welcome.
The volunteers provide numerous services that we simply cannot do
without. The volunteers do hostess work, and meal delivery to the
homebound. We also need people daily to sit at the sign-in book.
These services enable the Center to be a vital part of the lives of
many seniors. If you are interested or would like more information,
just stop by my office the next time you are in the Center.
It is a privilege and
pleasure to serve as Administrator and if there is anything that I
can ever do to serve you better, please let me know.
This is YOUR Senior Center.
Only your commitment along with other Senior Citizens can make this
Center a success and insure that it will continue to operate in the
