Marceline Police serve two search warrants resulting in four arrests

 

Marceline, MO - On May 31, 2018 officers served a search warrant on the residence located at 121 West Ira Street, Apartment 103.  Officers conducted a search of the residence and seized several items. Melissa Aldridge, 26, of Marceline and Dylan Grisham, 26, of Marceline were both arrested on charges of possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Both subjects were released pending formal charges.

 

On June 1, 2018 officers served a search warrant on the residence located at 300 West Hauser Street, Apartment 23.  Officers conducted a search of the residence and seized several items, Tracy Hayes, 27, of Marceline was arrested and subsequently charged with unlawful use possession of drug paraphernalia/methamphetamine, 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a control substance.  Lucas Summers,36, of Marceline was arrested and subsequently charged with unlawful use possession of drug paraphernalia/methamphetamine, 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a control substance. Summers was also arrested on an active warrant out of Macon County.  Hayes is being held in the Macon County Jail on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.  Summers is being held in the Macon County Jail on a $20,000 or 10% cash/surety bond. 

 

The Marceline Police Department was assisted by the Linn County Prosecuting Attorney, Linn County Ambulance, and the Linn County Sheriff’s Department.
