The City of Marceline is proud to host Missouri
Governor Mike Parson, who will be in Marceline to officiate the ribbon cutting
ceremony for the City’s newest employer, CoffeeTree Group at approximately 2:00
pm, Thursday, October 27th
at its new Technical Operations Center located at 121 N. Main Street USA.
The public is invited to the event which will begin upon the Governor’s arrival.
The opening of CoffeeTree Group’s new Technical
Operations Center is important in Marceline’s growth and is an important step in
realizing Coffee Tree Group’s future growth goals, as well as fulfilling their
inherent commitment to create American careers and to compete in the global
professional services market.

Group’s new Delivery Center is expected to generate annual revenues near $10
million” said Eric Rodman,
Chief Sales Officer. “Not only are we tremendously proud to be here in
Marceline, we are excited about being recognized by the Governor of Missouri.”
With the assistance of the Marceline Industrial
Development Authority, CoffeeTree Group purchased the building at 121 N. Main
Street USA in 2021 and began a much-needed rehabilitation of the building that
had fallen into a state of disrepair over the years, investing over $200,000
into the building, as well as furniture, top-of-the-line computer systems etc.
The event will feature the MHS Marching Band,
Marceline VFW Color Guard and light refreshments will be served. Main
Street USA, from California Avenue to Howell Street, including a section of
Ritchie Avenue between Main Street, west to the alley, will be closed to
thru-traffic beginning at 1:30 pm and ending upon the Governor’s departure.
