Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the
construction, equipping, and furnishing of a new aquatic center on land
already owned by the City; and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting

approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the City is estimated to
increase from $0.00 to $0.85 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation
of real and personal property."
